Sathinathan is an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and has two Masters at Law (LL.M) degrees from the Indiana University in the United States and from the University of Sussex (United Kingdom). He is also a Barrister-At-Law of the Lincoln’s Inns of Court (England & Wales). He has been doing litigation works in the High and Subordinate Courts of Singapore. He specializes in personal injury, negligence, occupational safety and health laws, workmen’s compensation, road traffic and industrial accident cases. He also does family, criminal and corporate matters. He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute Arbitration Centre.

After almost ten years in practice,Mr K.Sathinathan established the firm Sathi & Co. From 1999, the legal circle has undergone major reforms with dramatic changes. In the midst of all these, the firm was established to meet the demand for legal services in Singapore.
